If you cannot resolve an issue with the other party, you can open a formal dispute.
When to Open a Dispute
- Payment not released for completed work
- Work not delivered as agreed
- Communication breakdown
- Scope disagreements
How to Open
- Go to the contract in question
- Click Open Dispute
- Select the reason
- Describe the issue in detail
- Attach supporting evidence
- Submit for review
