Either you violate the terms of service or any user files a complaint or both, it may result in the restriction of your account. The reasons are examined closely prior to issuing restraints, therefore account restrictions cannot be requisitioned.
In case of account restrictions, users are informed about it via email, so if your account is restricted, go to your registered email address, and search for the concerning email.
The restriction will be automatically lifted according to the date specified in the email you received. It cannot be removed before the mentioned date.
Restrictions
During the restriction period, you will face the following consequences:
As a Freelancer
- You are not allowed to bid on projects
- Your active bids from open projects are retracted
- Employers cannot directly hire you
- You cannot withdraw your earnings
- You are restricted from joining contests
As a Client
- You cannot post projects
- You cannot award projects
In order to prevent the restriction of your account, it is necessary to abide by the website's Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions.
